About me, Baby J

My name is Baby J and I am 10 years old.

I attend Dr. J Academy School in Baltimore, Maryland and I am in the 4th grade. I have been at my school since pre-K. My school goes all the way up to the 12th grade. “Oh Boy”! that’s so Awesome because I am around all age groups at my school.

I have some really cool best friends. Let me share with you, how I met my friends.

Mona is in the 7th grade, but she is very special to me. I met Mona at school and she use to bully me. I talked to my mother, Mama J about Mona. Mama J told me to be a “defender” so that is when I stood up to Mona. By standing up to Mona I realized Mona just wanted to be in control and have power over everyone in the school because that is all she knew. I was able to confront Mona and show her that I care about her. I stood my ground and the other kids around me supported me. This is how I met Betty and Matt. Betty is my girl! Betty is in the 5th grade and she is so awesome. Matt is like a brother to me and he is in the 5th grade. Matt is always trying to boss me around, but I love it; just don’t tell him.

I am an extrovert, conscientious, curious, zestful, and caring. I love to dress and wear lots of colors. I know this makes me different from everyone else, but I am comfortable with who I am.
